Are you  a lifelong learner?  Do you prefer an interactive style of teaching and sharing that values the wisdom in the room as well as a leader’s expertise?  Are you looking for ways to move beyond debates and positioning to flexibility and compassion?  Well, I’d love to work with YOU.

I’ve been trained by the best:  Niyonu Spann’s Beyond Diversity 101 Training for Trainers; Landmark Education’s Curriculum for Living & Communications Courses; YogaLife Yoga Teacher Training; and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Change through Self-Compassion workshops.

I also have over a decade of experience teaching at the college level, including Cornell University, Dickinson College, Millersville University, the University of the Arts and Franklin & Marshall College where I served as Chair of Africana Studies.

My workshops on diversity and inclusion, ancestors, and self-care for people who want to change the world blend all of my training in various modalities to create an unforgettable body, mind, and spirit experience.

"We can't thank you enough for having us at your event.  We feel lucky to have been part of such a special night."
--Amira Abujbara, Haverford College

I think this experience will transform my teaching and help me bring more empathy and understanding to the classroom, even as I push my students to discuss things that might make them uncomfortable.  I'm so grateful for this experience and am feeling myself changed after each class.
--Dr. M.Teti, English Professor

This course has been incredible. I feel some subtle and important course-corrections happening in me that are allowing a lot of nurturing to come up and enter me that I wasn't letting in before. Thank you thank you!
